DONATION: Mike Odin of Mike Odin’s Alaska Adventures, LLC is pleased to donate a 5-day/5-night, Sitka Black-tailed deer, and sea duck combo hunt for 1 hunter on Kodiak Island. Method of take is hunter’s choice for deer hunts and bring your shotgun and shells for sea duck hunting.
DATES: Schedule hunt with outfitter for open dates from October - December, 2023 or 2024. Deer season is August 1 - December 31. Deer limit: 3 deer. Kodiak waterfowl season is October 8 - January 22. Duck limit: 7 per day, 21 in possession; Sea Duck limit for non-residents: 7 per day, 20 per season. Goose limits are available too.
ADDITIONAL HUNTERS: Additional hunters are welcome for $4,900 per person. Limited to groups of 4 clients per week. Discount for military and first responders.
ADDITIONAL NON-HUNTERS: Contact Mike for availability.
AMENITIES INCLUDED: Experienced guides/transporters, migratory bird hunting guides (2-3x1), wilderness cabin accommodations (warm comfortable), hearty home cooked meals and beverages, in-field transportation (Sea runner and Klamath boats), duck decoys lines, VHF/marine radio, bird prep/cleaning, and airport pick-up and drop-off.
AMENITIES NOT INCLUDED: Before and after hunt expenses, commercial airfare, hotel, air charter passenger seat to and from camp (approximately $400 RT each hunter), Alaska nonresident small game license ($160), deer tags ($300 each), harvest tickets (no fee), Federal Migratory Bird Hunting stamp ($25), Alaska Waterfowl Conservation stamp ($10), shipment of trophy/game meat, taxidermy trophy services, and gratuity.
LOCATION: Arrival and departure point is the city of Kodiak, Alaska where you are met by Mike's crew or your air charter transporter/shuttle.
ACCOMMODATIONS: Hunts commence from our wilderness cabin where you will be transported to nearby river drainages, bays, islands and fjords each day to hunt and return each day for warm meals and lodging.
