The Utah Division of Wildlife Resources is pleased to offer one Statewide Conservation Permit for a Rocky Mountain bighorn ram to the highest bidder at the 2015 WSF Annual Convention. This permit is valid on any open unit. The hunter may hunt any time between September 1 and December 31. The successful bidder will be required to pay the $1,518.00 non-resident Permit fee. A person may purchase this Permit even if they have previously had a Rocky Mountain bighorn Permit in Utah. The Permit is not transferable once it has been issued to the recipient. Hunters will be subject to all rules in the 2015 Big Game Proclamation. Hunters have taken many fine older age class rams and should have an opportunity to hunt during the rut and look over many mature rams. Hunters are encouraged to arrange for their own guides. The Utah Division of Wildlife Resources will do everything possible to make sure your hunt is pleasant and successful. 90% of the money raised from this permit will go directly on the ground to ensure the future of wild sheep in Utah.

A 5% buyers premium will be added to the final bid price of each special permit sold, unless prohibited by statute. Proceeds will be dedicated to WSF Conservation Initiatives. If the winner of this item refuses to pay the premiums required, the item shall be offered to the next highest bidder for the price he/she bid.
