TO BE ELIGIBLE TO BID ON AN ITEM A PREAUTHORIZATION 50% OF THE VALUE OF THOSE ITEM(S) WILL BE REQUIRED UNTIL THE CLOSE OF EACH NIGHTLY AUCTION. BIDDERS PAYING BY CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL 3% ADMINISTRATION FEE. Attn: Special Permit Bidders: A 5% buyers premium will be added to the final bid price of each special permit sold. (Unless prohibited by state statute. Proceeds will be dedicated to WSF Conservation Initiatives.


BIDDER AUTHORIZES WSF TO CHARGE BIDDER’S CREDIT CARD FOR THE FULL AMOUNT OF EACH SUCCESSFUL BID PLACED BY BIDDER IMMEDIATELY UPON THE CLOSE OF EACH INDIVIDUAL SALE. No hard item merchandise will be delivered to buyers until WSF bank confirms full payment has been received. All sales are final. NO RETURNS OF MERCHANDISE WILL BE ACCEPTED. Bidders paying by credit card require prior approval and will be charged an additional 3% administration fee. No payments will under any circumstances be accepted from any third party not being a successful qualified Bidder. Bidders’ names and addresses to which the merchandise must be delivered may not be changed after date of sale.

Shipping Details:
Shipping arrangements and payments are to be made solely by the winning bidder with the shipper of their choice. WSF assumes no responsibility or liability of shipped items. No hard item merchandise will be delivered to buyers until WSF bank confirms full payment has been received. All hard merchandise may not be shipped until 30 days after the close of auction.

Silent Auction items other then firearms will be shipped by our vendor and your card will be charged through online hunting auctions.

Firearms puchasers should wait until January 20, 2023 before contacting Hannah Cantu at 406.404-8765 to arrange for shipment of firearms or by email at: hcantu@wildsheepfoundation.org. A Copy of your FFL must be emailed to Hannah to start the process. The cost of firearms shipment is borne by the purchaser.
