Donation: This 6-day 1x1 lynx hunt with hounds will take you into north central BC near Prince George.
Dates: November - December 2013.
Additional hunters: Welcome for $5,000 CAD plus license, tags, royalties, tax and Hunting Preservation Fund.
Additional non-hunters: Welcome for $200 CAD per day.
Amenities included: Lodging, food, guiding fee.
Amenities not included: License fee, tags, royalties, tax and Hunting Preservation Fund.
Accommodations: Hunters stay in comfortable log cabins or their country home and enjoy our hearty home cooked meals. Real hot showers and a sauna are just a few of the amenities to mention in their fully equipped base camp.
Special note: Opatcho Lake Outfitters offers big game hunting adventures in the heart of BC’s prime wilderness. The present Outfitter “Ken Watson” has extensive knowledge of the area having worked with Fred and Ralph for the last 21 years. Lynx are covered with beautiful thick fur that keeps them warm during frigid winters. Their paws are like natural snowshoes with furry toes that spread wide when they hit the ground, increasing the surface area and allowing the Lynx to stay mobile even in deep snow.
