Enjoy a hunt for Nebraska’s largest big game species. Nebraska provides great opportunity to harvest trophy-class elk, surpassed by few. In 2012, Over 70% of bulls harvested were mature animals six by six or better. Bull harvest success was over 90%. This Auction permit will be for one person (guides/outfitter contacts can be provided upon request) and will take place in any one of the seven elk management units throughout Nebraska during the fall season. This permit is valid for one bull elk with the season starting on September 27, 2014 and extending to October 26, 2014. Hunting permit will be provided, but successful bidder will need to acquire a 2014 habitat stamp ($20).

A 5% buyer’s premium will be added to the final bid price of each special permit sold, unless prohibited by statute. Proceeds will be dedicated to WSF Conservation Initiatives. If the winner of this item refuses to pay the premiums required, the item shall be offered to the next highest bidder for the price he/she bid.
