You only have to look at the Boone and Crockett record book to understand how important Arizona is in producing many of the largest pronghorn bucks in North America. This tag is good for Any Buck Antelope. The hunting season is 365 days (AUGUST 15, 2015 – AUGUST 14, 2016) and includes most huntable pronghorn antelope units within the state of Arizona as prescribed in AZ Game & Fish rule R12-4-120 (Commission Order 29).
The entire proceeds from the sale of this tag are used to fund on-the-ground antelope projects like water developments, habitat enhancements, relocations, and highway mitigation research. The Arizona Antelope Foundation and the Wild Sheep Foundation absorb all costs for marketing and auctioning the tag. To date, over $1,580,000 has been raised strictly for antelope management through this auction tag. Without the continued funding provided by these tag funds, Arizona’s antelope restoration program would be years behind its current success.

A 5% buyers premium will be added to the final bid price of each special permit sold, unless prohibited by statute. Proceeds will be dedicated to WSF Conservation Initiatives. If the winner of this item refuses to pay the premiums required, the item shall be offered to the next highest bidder for the price he/she bid.
