Donation: Karl Lansing was raised in the majestic northern Rockies of his native British Columbia. Karl has been a taxidermist and involved in the outfitting and guide business from a young age. He truly knows his subjects inside and out. He has tackled two things he felt were missing in other sculptors’ work, anatomical correctness and realistic detail. Karl’s intricate detail is apparent in this beautifully sculpted Rocky Mountain bighorn sheep. Karl has a passion for sheep and it show in this exquisite piece.
