DONATION: This is a 10-day caribou rifle hunt for 1 hunter in Northern British Columbia with Tahltan Outfitters. Tags, license fees, and charter are
the responsibility of the hunter.
DATES: This hunt is scheduled for September 23-October 2nd, 2023 and cannot be delayed.
ADDITIONAL HUNTERS: Contact outfitter for availability.
ADDITIONAL NON-HUNTERS: Contact outfitter for availability.
AMENITIES INCLUDED: Trophy care, meals, accommodations, and guide services during thetime of the hunt.
AMENITIES NOT INCLUDED: License, tag fee and charter (approx. $1,500 for charter), Wildlife Preservation Fund $250, truck rental for Smithersto Dease Lake, flights, and accommodations before and after hunt. Charter price
includes round trip for hunter as well as meat and trophy out of the camp.
LOCATION: Northern BC, Canada.
ACCOMMODATIONS: Cabins.
SPECIAL NOTES: Tahltan Outfitters area hosts one of the largest, healthiest herdsof Mountain caribou in British Columbia. Research shows that the herd roaming
through the area consists of 1,500 plus animals, with hunters reporting that
they have seen groups consisting of up to 700 animals. The mountain caribou
harvested are healthy, large animals with an average Boone & Crocket score
of 380+.
