DONATION: This is a Management dart on Southern white rhino bull (Silver Medal Class) and trophy fees for 1 roan antelope bull. Splitting Image Taxidermy has donated $1,000 towards the full taxidermy order (excluding dip and ship). This 5-day hunt is for 1 hunter and 1 non-hunter.
This hunt can be upgraded for more days and hunting species.
DATES: Contact outfitter for available dates in 2023 or 2024.
ADDITIONAL HUNTERS: $650 per person per day plus trophy fees.
ADDITIONAL NON-HUNTERS: $375 per person per day.
AMENITIES INCLUDED: 1 management dart on Southern white rhino bull (Silver Medal Class) and trophy fees for 1 roan antelope bull, lodging during safari, meals, local wines, beer, bottled water, and soft drinks (in moderation). 1x1 guided service, transportation at safari area, field preparation of trophy, and transportation of trophies to taxidermy. $1,000 toward taxidermy (excluding dip and ship).
AMENITIES NOT INCLUDED: Airport transfer to safari area from Kimberley Airport, special transportation, flights before or after hunt, accommodation expense, arrival night accommodations, rifle rent, permit and clearances, expediting fees, special food and drinks taxidermy, conservation levy, dipping, packing, shipping, and gratuities. Bank fees, special permits where applicable (Cites etc.), and 15% government tax on non-exportable items. Splitting Image Taxidermy can produce a fiber glass replica in the US at purchaser’s expense/ donation credit.

SPECIAL NOTES: Africa’s rhinos are under severe threat of extinction due to the devastating losses caused by poaching. Game Trackers Africa Rockwood Conservation gives you the opportunity to join them in the frontline of rhino conservation and become part of a legacy. You will contribute to the survival of the rhino by participating in an adrenaline filled and exhilarating activity, imitating a real rhino hunt by administering a vaccine with a dart gun. Enjoy a highly ethical and exhilarating means of “hunting” which allow the successful bidder to experience the thrill of stalking these pre-historic beasts, but it is also a test of the nerve and skill of the hunter. You will have to stalk a rhino on foot to get within 30 yards before administering the vaccine loaded dart on a safari area exceeding 22,000 acres. After the rhino is darted, you will experience the scientific side and get a rare chance to be up close with this incredible animal. You will assist with different procedures like microchip verification, DNA sample “Conservation in Motion Through Utilization”.
