DONATION: A custom knife pair built for only the most dedicated of outdoorsmen. A set built to stand on its own from the mountain top to the main lodge. The 3” caping/paring knife to handle turning sheep ears and cutting out potato eyes. Paired with an 8” boning knife for breaking down hind quarters in the back county and making easy work of prepping them at home.
• 5A Curly Koa handles with Stone sheep horn accents.
•Satin finished blades.
•Copper bolster, liners and pins.
•Hand carved slip sheathes for storage.
• A matching display stand is included.
• Both blades are Nitro-V Stainless steel at 61HRC.
